Japanese Poem / 日本の詩
１９７８年に作曲された「日本の詩」は、日本の古くから伝えられている「越天楽」、わらべ歌の「かごめかごめ」、また民謡の「八木節」などが基本となり、管楽器の特殊奏法なども使われ、非常にユニークな作品になっています。
初演は、指揮 山本武雄 氏 東京ブラス・ソサエティの皆さんでした。

Japanese Poem was composed on 1978 base on ETENRAKU, KAGOME-KAGOME and YAGI-BUSHI. Those are old Japanese folk song and children's song. Also, has use special performance method.
The premiere was by Mr. Takeo Yamamoto (Cond.) with Tokyo Brass Society.
